Refund policy

Our LOVE IT guarantee

We want you to LOVE your purchase as much as we do at All Natural Mums and if for any reason you are not 100% happy and want to return it we will happily provide an exchange or refund for purchases returned within 14 days.  Here’s all you have to do:

1. Let us know there is a problem at info@allnaturalmums.co.nz
2. Return the goods to us in their original condition with 14 days of purchase (customer responsibility) 
3. On receipt of the goods, we will complete the refund (minus shipping costs incurred by us)  or exchange as agreed (shipping to process the exchange is at customer expense)

Sale items are a final sale and are unable to be returned unless faulty.

We will always meet our obligations required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy any situation involving faulty or damaged items.  

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please remember unless you are returning a faulty item any returns must be in original unused condition and original designer packaging must also be returned with your item.  Returning the goods is the customers responsibility unless it has been agreed by All Natural Mums and customer, that the product is faulty 

Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.

Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
