Shipping policy

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. During high volume times this may be extended and we appreciate your understanding. 

We do need a physical street address for your order because couriers don’t deliver to PO boxes. Yes, we do deliver to rural delivery addresses and don’t charge anymore, we live rurally and hate paying more so we don’t do that to others.

Orders will be sent via courier with a transit time of approximately 1-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please allow additional days for rural deliveries. From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address.

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
